How does the pricing work?

Pricing is based on number of users and the feature plan you want to use.

Payment is either monthly via direct debit of annual in advance. Services are billed monthly.

Can I change the plan?

Pricing is based on number of users and the feature plan you want to use.

You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type or adding or removing users. Note that downgrades will come into effect in the next billing period only.

What connection does Flo10 have with other systems?

Flo10 is an independent software designed to complement your existing systems. We are dedicated to improving the quality of information and processes within architect, engineering, and consultant companies.

Data feeds and points of connection or integration with 3rd party systems (whether via an API or not) are subject and dependent on the availability and openness of said 3rd party. In the event that the 3rd party data, information, service, or files become unavailable or unreliable Flo10 will attempt to re-establish the required service and/or review alternatives under the terms of the subscription agreement. However, a resolution may not be possible or satisfactory and Flo10 reserve the exclusive right to determine the selected alternative which may be to remove functionality entirely or offer an alternative option.

Flo10 provide add-ons to other systems. What does this mean?

“Add-ons”, “Extensions” and “Plug-ins” refer to software created by Flo10 with the purpose of extending functions associated with your 3rd party system such as a PIM, project accounting solution, or a Microsoft SQL database.

For companies using Deltek PIM, Flo10 adhere to the protocols stated in the document: Deltek PIM Extension Guidelines; A guide for customers who have permission to develop the Deltek PIM system or intend to use third party development.

Flo10 solutions do not involve code change to any 3rd party Software and rely upon the API available for cloud-based systems.

What web browsers are compatible?

Flo10 is compatible as standard with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Edge.

For custom systems, Flo10 test on Internet Explorer and Chrome, although reasonable efforts to fix problems on other browsers will be provided if they are reported as part of the subscription or support agreement.

What risks are associated with updates to 3rd party systems?

We minimise the risk of Flo10 functionality being affected by 3rd party updates.

For standard connectors, the standard connection or service provided will be carried out so that it is compliant with the current version of the 3rd party system. Flo10 cannot guarantee future compatibility and an update to the version of the 3rd party system may have to be resolved. An annual charge is generally offered in advance as part of the subscription to cover such remedial work.

For bespoke integrations, if the configuration, database tables, code, or API within the 3rd party system has been changed in a way that would not have been obviously likely at the time the work was carried out, then remedial work is not covered in the original fee or subscription unless stated in the proposal or scope of works provided at the time of sale.

What support does Flo10 provide?

Unlimited support is available during the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday in the United Kingdom.

UK public holidays and the 23rd, 24th and 27th December do not apply. Flo10 is closed during these days.

Support covers general bug fixes, unlimited assistance with general queries, software updates, basic configuration changes, updates to keep in line with integrated 3rd party software, and support during infrastructure moves.

What are the cloud SLAs?

Hosting is based in the United Kingdom. Platform Hardware and service critical infrastructure, including Power and Network Connectivity will be available for 99.99% of the time (excluding emergency and scheduled maintenance, advance notice of which will be given wherever possible).
